Mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety among adolescents are increasing and often go undetected early, impacting academic performance, social relationships, and quality of life. Schools are important settings for early screening because adolescents spend most of their time in this environment. This study aims to design and develop a prototype website for early detection of depression and anxiety based on the Mini MindHear Youth Scale Version 1 (MMYS V.1) for high school students in Cirebon Regency, West Java. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model, including planning, requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and evaluation using User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The system was developed as a website prototype capable of structured and rapid screening. Validity testing showed all items were valid with r-count greater than r-table (0.216). Reliability testing produced a value of 0.683, indicating a reliable category. Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) resulted in a score of 75.77, categorized as acceptable. Risk levels and recommendations are provided. The developed prototype meets functional, validity, reliability, and usability requirements and can be used as an early screening tool for adolescent mental health in school settings.
