The purpose of the study was to analyze Risk Attributes, Prevalence Ratio of Medication Adherence in TB-HIV Patients in Jayapura City. This type of study is quantitative with a sample of 296 from secondary data The research instrument uses observation sheets and data is analyzed with the formula of risk attributes and prevalence ratio, The results of the study found that the risk attributes of age, gender, ethnicity and occupation in weight are -4%, -9%, -6% and 4% and the prevalence ratio in order is 0.92, 0.83, 0.8 and 1.0 or the prevalence ratio is not significant.
