Artikel ini mendeskripsikan pandangan Richard Dawkins mengenai teori evolusi dan menganalisis pengaruh worldview ateis yang dipegang Dawkins terhadap teori evolusi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka (library research). Dalam penelitian ini, penulis merujuk pada karya-karya Richard Dawkins terutama The God Delusion yang membahas tentang ateisme, The Greatest Shown on The Earth yang merangkum pikirannya mengenai evolusi, dan The Magic of Reality yang berbicara tentang sains secara umum. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu inventarisasi, seleksi, dan evaluasi kritis. Pertama, Dawkins menganggap bahwa posisi teori evolusi sangat kuat sampai-sampai ia menganggapnya sebagai fakta atau realitas yang pasti terjadi. Kedua, terlihat jelas bahwa worldview naturalisme mempengaruhi penyimpulan sains. Bahkan keberanian Dawkins berani menaikkan status evolusi dari teori menjadi fakta atau realitas merupakan konsekuensi worldview ini.
