EFEKTIFITAS KEPUTUSAN BUPATI BOGOR NOMOR 443/432/KPTSPER-UU/2020 TENTANG PERPANJANGAN KETIGA PEMBERLAKUAN PEMBATASAN SOSIAL BERSKALA BESAR (PSBB) DI DESA GUNUNG PUTRI

Abstrak

Bogor Regent Decree Number 443/432 / Kpts / Per-UU / 2020 contains the prohibition of locations that must be closed and locations that are allowed to be opened in the context of Preventing the Spread of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the decision of the Bogor Regent Number 443/432 / Kpts / Per-UU / 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) phase three. The research data were collected using a questionnaire, interview, and observation instruments. Research shows that residents have tried to follow the rules and obey them so that people are free from the spread of Covid-19 and try to provide the best service according to the rules.

Abstrak

Surat Keputusan Bupati Bogor Nomor 443/432/Kpts/Per-UU/2020 yang berisi tentang Larangan lokasi yang harus ditutup maupun lokasi yang diperbolehkan dibuka dalam rangka Pencegahan Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas keputusan Bupati Bogor Nomor 443/432/Kpts/Per-UU/2020 tentang Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) tahap tiga. Data Penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi.  Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa warga telah berusaha mengikuti aturan dan mematuhinya, supaya masyarakat terbebas dari penyebaran Covid-19 dan berusaha memberikan pelayanan terbaik sesuai aturan.
