The main objective is to determine the level of student achievement in the learning process, help overcome student deficiencies, and build a learning environment that suits their abilities. Evaluation has a very important role in determining the effectiveness of learning and achieving educational goals, as well as helping teachers make decisions about learning, manage classes better, and make them better overall by carrying out two evaluation methods, namely tests and non-tests. An evaluation can be carried out to evaluate how effective the self-development programme is. This evaluation is carried out by making considerations based on agreed-upon and accountable criteria. The three main components of evaluation are consideration, description of the object of assessment, and responsible criteria. The method in this research uses a combination of approaches, namely a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach.
